1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Vasil Dimitrov, trading as PeStaVa, 21 Otets Paisiy Street, 4150 Rakovski, Bulgaria (“we”), for playing Forge Stars. By creating an account or playing as a guest you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 14, or have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Guest progress is tied to your browser until you save it with an email or Google account; if you clear your browser data first, a guest account cannot be recovered.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Delete account.

3. Playing fair and being kind

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or use hateful or sexual language towards other players, including in names and clan names;
• spam, advertise, scam, or share other people’s personal information;
• cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game’s servers;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or game items for real money outside the game.

Players can report messages and profiles. We may remove content, reset names, mute chat, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Crystals, premium passes and other virtual items give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Some rewards are random (for example pet eggs, skill tickets and mount summons). The odds for every random reward are shown in the game before you use it.
• Right of withdrawal: purchases are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Before paying you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This does not affect your rights if an item is not delivered or is faulty — contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
• If we close your account for breaking these terms you lose unused virtual items, unless the law says otherwise.

5. The game can change

We keep improving Forge Stars, so features, balance and content can change. We may end the game with at least 60 days’ notice in the game; if we do, we will refund unused paid crystals bought in the 90 days before the announcement.

6. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will tell you in the game before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU you also keep the protection of your own country’s consumer law and can use its courts. You may submit a complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or use an applicable alternative dispute-resolution body.
